Talkoot Welcomes Sean Wang as Director of AI to Advance Agentic AI Capabilities

Talkoot is thrilled to welcome Sean Wang as Director of AI. In this role, he’ll work closely with the engineering team and report to Jason Buffington, Talkoot’s Chief Technology Officer. Sean will play a key role in the evolution of Talkoot’s AI platform—a platform that enhances the entire product content lifecycle.
For years, Talkoot has worked alongside some of the world’s most iconic brands to tackle one of the thorniest challenges in ecommerce: scaling high-quality, brand-specific product content. And while generative AI is transforming the landscape, very few AI systems are able to write content that passes muster at brands who value the kind of rich, engaging storytelling proven to drive traffic and raise conversion rates.
After all, writing copy is about more than just putting words on a page — teams must worry about factors like SEO, legal and regulatory compliance, voice alignment, and retailer-specific formatting.
