We’re looking for a Senior React Developer to help us modernize and elevate the front-end experience across our applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, performant front-end applications
    using React and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to build
    responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user experiences.
  • Translate Figma designs into functional, maintainable, and scalable
    code.
  • Own front-end technical decisions, architecture, and best practices.
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-
    browser compatibility.
  • Write clean, well-documented code with testing coverage (Jest, React
    Testing Library).
  • Contribute to a culture of code quality through peer reviews,
    refactoring, and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Strong skills in UI/UX implementation, responsive design, and pixel-
    perfect layouts.
  • Deep understanding of HTML5/CSS3, Flexbox/Grid, and modern
    JavaScript patterns.
  • Solid knowledge of React hooks, component architecture, performance optimization, and testing (Jest/RTL).
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC5, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Figma or similar tools for turning designs
    into code.
  • Exposure to backend integration and RESTful API collaboration.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (i.e. Azure) is a plus.

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Strong attention to visual detail and UI/UX sensibility.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal
    supervision.
  • Collaborative mindset — comfortable in an agile, cross-functional
    environment.

Job Details

  • Contract type: Contractor (long-term collaboration)
  • Compensation: Competitive USD rate, based on experience
  • Schedule: Work aligned with Pacific Time (PT)
  • Location: Remote – Mexico
