We are a hardworking and supportive team that encourages personal ownership, initiative, and professional growth.We are looking for a talented, determined and energetic Customer Success Manager who can foster strong relationships and proactively address the needs of customers. 

 

How you’ll contribute as a Customer Success Manager: 

Talkoot Expert. You will be responsible for learning everything about Talkoot, from basic functionality to business rules and workarounds so you can be a fountain of solutions for our clients.   

Consultant, Trainer, Firefighter. You will be on the front lines of your accounts, tackling everything from training new users to solving complex workflow problems.  You will be responsible for ensuring the success of your accounts and keeping their copy production process moving forward as smoothly as possible.  

Implementation Expert. Talkoot is growing quickly. As we bring in new clients, you’ll play a key role in setting them up for success. This means getting to know everything about their team, copy process and data, and transferring all of that into Talkoot.  

Customer Expansion. We will rely on you to identify and engage expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio. 

Copy Expert. You’ll need to know the ins-and-outs of producing high-quality product content. We aren’t just a software company, we are product content experts. That’s what makes us special, and it’s how we help ensure our clients are successful.  

Product Design Imagineer. Since you will be an expert on how our clients use Talkoot, we will rely on your insights to help fix existing issues and call on you for ideas on improving Talkoot.  

Testing, 123. Once we build out features, we’ll need you to help us test them to make sure everything is running smoothly before we release to our clients.  

  

What you will bring: 

  • 3 or more years of customer success, project management or consulting experience, including experience navigating complex project or program implementations.  
  • A curiosity for learning new things and new technologies. 
  • A strong proficiency in Excel. Helping clients effectively organize and validate product data is essential to the role.  
  • An affinity for streamlining processes and creating efficiencies. You should be excited by the idea of building and developing new processes.  
  • Experience with change management.    
  • An ability to see the big picture with an eye for details.   
  • A readiness to treat every user and issue with respect. You’ll be problem solving on the fly with project managers, writing teams, IT teams, and product line managers — all with varying levels of technology tolerance.
