As a former project manager and proofreader, Lauren speaks product copy and knows what writers and editors need to do the job well. She comes from the world of retail, where she happily combined her love of detail with process improvement for Gap and J.Crew. In a former life, she was a copy editor for Real Simple and Cosmopolitan. (Her grandmother preferred the former.)
In her free time, Lauren loves taking her two kids on adventures (zoos! nature trails! trampoline parks! oh my!) and cozying up with a good book in her Texas home.
